Why Downtown Miami Residents Choose Pro Movers Miami

We handle the building, not just the boxes: Almost every move downtown happens inside a managed tower, and the job is as much scheduling and paperwork as it is lifting. We deal with the management office from the moment you book.
Certificate of insurance at no charge: Many downtown buildings will not approve a move date until they hold a COI from the moving company, and some require the building named as an additional insured. One published building policy sets a minimum of $1,000,000 in mover liability coverage. We issue the document directly to management.
We size the truck to the dock: Docks downtown limit truck length and height. We confirm the dimensions before the day and bring a smaller truck or shuttle the load where the dock demands it, rather than discovering the problem on the morning.
Art and high value contents: Downtown and Edgewater units hold a lot of art. Art moving and custom crating are documented specialties of ours, and pieces are soft-crated and carried rather than stacked with general freight.
Buildings and Neighborhoods We Work In

Brickell: The tightest street access and the strictest buildings in the area. Service elevator notice periods are longest here, and at least one Brickell tower requires seven days. See our Brickell movers page.
Downtown core and Park West: Mixed residential and commercial towers where dock access is often shared with retail deliveries. Early morning slots are the easiest to get and the least disrupted.
Edgewater: Newer towers north of downtown along Biscayne Bay, generally with better docks and easier truck access than Brickell. See Edgewater movers.
Across the causeways: Moves from downtown to the beaches cross a causeway and need the timing planned around traffic. See Miami Beach and Wynwood.
