Cost depends on the volume of belongings, how much packing and crating you need, the elevator window at each building, and the distance between them. A move limited to a four-hour elevator slot may need a larger crew to finish in time, which changes the labor cost but protects you from overtime fees charged by the building.

We give you a written estimate after reviewing your inventory, either in person or by video walkthrough, so the number reflects your unit and your buildings’ rules. If you need a gap between move-out and move-in, our climate-controlled storage holds your belongings until the new unit is ready.

Miami Buildings and Neighborhoods We Move In

Our crews work in full-service towers across Brickell, Edgewater, Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour, Aventura, and Key Biscayne. Each area has its own rhythm. Brickell buildings often have tight dock schedules because of street traffic. Beachfront towers tend to set stricter moving hours during peak season. Key Biscayne moves depend on timing around causeway traffic.

If your new building has rules we have not seen before, we call the management office ahead of your move and plan around them.
